B2L Design Build joins architecture, construction, and craft under one roof — restoring the historic homes of Bucks County and the Delaware Valley, and creating new ones with the same care.

The Gatsby Barn

New Hope, Pennsylvania

A timber barn outside town, brought back from the edge and reimagined as a place for gathering. We preserved the original frame and let it set the rhythm for everything new — broad volumes, warm light, and the easy glamour of a long table at the center of the room.

Project Voyeur

West Mechanic Street · New Hope

A narrow lot where the street itself is part of the architecture. The house is organized around sightlines — glass where you'd expect a wall, privacy where you'd expect glass — a confident modern intervention that still keeps faith with the scale of its historic neighbors.
